In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the juan345 Platform.
• "juan345" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at juan345.app, including all games, betting markets, payment services, and customer support channels.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the juan345 Platform and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, e-sports wagering, bingo, fishing games, and any other gaming content made available on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-Platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account pursuant to an active promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Players before real-money gaming is permitted.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that regulates and supervises all legal gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdictions" means countries and territories from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or by Platform policy.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action identified in Section 9 of these Terms as being expressly forbidden.

By accessing the juan345 Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by juan345, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy).

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. juan345 will notify Players of material changes via the registered email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

To be eligible to register an Account and use the juan345 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a resident of or are physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal, and access to the juan345 Platform is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence;
3. You are not a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined and published by juan345;
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of juan345 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or service partners;
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
6. You have not previously had an Account on the juan345 Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for cause;
7. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines and your country of residence; and
8. All information you provide during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Juan345 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account that does not satisfy these requirements. Any winnings generated from an ineligible Account may be voided and forfeited.

4.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the juan345 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR for regulatory review.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. The name used during registration must match the name on your government-issued identification and your nominated payment method (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO).

4.2 KYC Documentation

Before any real-money transaction (deposit or withdrawal) is processed, all Players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (acceptable documents include: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, GSIS ID, Voter's ID, or PhilHealth ID); and
• A recent selfie photograph holding the same ID document, clearly showing your face and the ID simultaneously.

Juan345 may, at its discretion, request additional documentation including proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last three months) or source of funds documentation in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations under the Philippine AMLA.

4.3 KYC Review

Juan345 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during business days. Juan345 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC. The Platform shall not be liable for any delay in processing that results from incomplete or unclear document submissions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify juan345 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Juan345 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Juan345 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from juan345 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at juan345 is ₱100. Juan345 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (CLiQQ), USDT, and Coins.ph. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Platform's Cashier section.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Juan345 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts not matching the registered Account holder's name may be reversed and may trigger enhanced KYC review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (same-source rule) unless an exception is approved by the Platform;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (or such amount as posted in the Cashier);
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to any applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds;
• Juan345 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending additional verification for any transaction that triggers AML review thresholds.

GCash and Maya withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted during standard Philippine banking hours. Processing times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing systems.

6.3 Currency

The primary operating currency of the juan345 Platform is Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at time of deposit. Juan345 is not responsible for currency conversion losses or fluctuations in cryptocurrency valuations.

Juan345 offers various promotional offers including but not limited to: welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and sports betting enhanced odds. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer and which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions at juan345 include:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms;
• Bonus Funds expire if unused within the timeframe specified in the promotion's terms;
• Juan345 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity;

All games available on the juan345 Platform operate in accordance with the specific rules published within each game. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics; these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and administrative matters.

Juan345 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all automated games. RNGs used by juan345 are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Certified Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published in each game's paytable or information section.

Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played. Results of live dealer games are final once the round is completed. Juan345 records all live dealer sessions for audit and dispute resolution purposes.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the juan345 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR and/or relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent KYC process;
• Operating or accessing multiple Accounts;
• Using the Platform in any manner that involves money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, circumvent security measures, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an advantage in any game;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform software. Any Player who discovers a bug or vulnerability must report it to juan345 support immediately and refrain from exploiting it;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment fraud in connection with deposits made to the Platform;
• Transferring funds between Accounts;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or similar circumvention technology;
• Engaging in behavior that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory toward juan345 staff or other users of the Platform; and
• Any other conduct that juan345 reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair gaming or the integrity of the Platform.

All content on the juan345 Platform, including but not limited to the juan345 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game graphics, interface design, software, text, and audiovisual content, is the exclusive property of juan345 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from juan345;
• Modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Platform software;
• Use any juan345 trademark, logo, or brand asset for commercial purposes; or
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Juan345 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The Platform provides Players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly through Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits, after which the Platform will automatically log the Player out;
• Reality Checks: Configurable notifications that remind Players of elapsed session time and net balance change at intervals of the Player's choosing;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account restrictions that restrict access for a Player-selected period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days; and
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Once a permanent self-exclusion is processed, it cannot be reversed. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to support.

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, even if juan345 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service, whether caused by technical failure, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond juan345's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in Section 5; or
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications providers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit juan345's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Juan345's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Juan345 is committed to resolving all Player complaints fairly, efficiently, and in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution requirements. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the juan345 Platform, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to juan345 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Please provide a clear description of the issue, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and any supporting evidence.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: Juan345 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex complaints may require up to 14 business days to fully investigate.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with juan345's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution channels.

All disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Juan345 will not investigate disputes raised after this period has elapsed.

Juan345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights, obligations, or the services available — juan345 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

For non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not alter the substance of Player rights), juan345 may update these Terms with immediate effect and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the juan345 Platform after any amendment to these Terms has taken effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

The parties irrevocably agree that the proper venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the appropriate courts of the City of Manila, Philippines, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles that would require application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, juan345 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction as necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
